What to know while booking your eye exam:

Verify your vision benefits before your appointment. Check your benefits booklet or call your insurance company. We can also look up your benefits from an image of your card.

We’re in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Regence, Medicare, HMA, RGA, and Kaiser Permanente’s PPO plans.

Is your vision coverage through the same company as your medical coverage? We may be in-network with your medical plan, but you may have a separate vision plan. We don’t accept 3rd party vision plans like VSP, Eyemed, and Davis Vision due to unreasonable contractual requirements. If you have a 3rd party plan, you can pay out of pocket for your eye exam and we will get you partial reimbursement – assuming your vision plan has out of network benefits. If we’re not billing your insurance, your out-of-pocket cost for a vision exam will be $225. Contact lens fittings are an additional $110-$160.
